Meditations we have shared

Regular and Monday Meditations are no longer held.

However, meditation is often used as part of a get-together, on-line or face-to-face, and information on these pages may be useful to those joining in.

All these meditations have been shared at the Meditation and Healing Evenings.

Some are available to download and print off and try for yourself - we would love to hear any comments of your experience with them.

There are archived meditations on the 'first' website - click here for general ones and here for those based on Irish Mythology
