Hi everybody. I hope you're all well. The the weekly angel message is... Healthy lifestyle.

Archangel Raphael: Eat a healthful diet. Get active, sleep and exercise regularly for optimal health.

Additional message: you co-create your health by following your inner guidance about lifestyle habits. I give you inner guidance to improve the way you eat or exercise or rest more often. My prodding isn't to nag or to rob you of pleasure. Rather my urges are in response to your prayers for higher energy levels, Increased well-being, weight loss and a happier mood. When you take excellent care of your body your outlook and self-esteem naturally blossom.

Working with this archangel: Raphael is heaven's position and he prescribes protective and curative medicine in the form of divine intervention and guidance. In the former he swoops into the situation and surrounds it with the emerald green healing light and love. The situation is instantly healed. In the latter (which is actually more common), Raphael will give you intuitions and hunches showing you how you can help with this healing.

Have to say myself that a very good card for the week ahead. Good advice. Listen to your inner voice if it's telling you that you need to eat more healthily and exercise and get plenty of sleep. Also drink lots of water and see how you feel after 1-week.

Week commencing 19th July 2020

Hi everybody and welcome to the weekly card message.

This is from a beautiful deck of cards I was given as a gift many many years ago...

Inner child cards - a fairytale tarot.

In this card, a young scholar has begun on the task of revealing sacred knowledge. This marks a period of contemplation. The child gazes out the window to view a peaceful setting in which a ship sails by in the distance.

This is symbolic, for it reflects the expanded horizon that lies before him. His pens are in the shape of tiny swords that aid him in inscribing the truth and clarity that are emerging from his Solitude. The books before him are a source of ancient teachings. As a symbol of mysticism, the scroll represents time.

The part of the skull that is unrolled is the present. And the unrolled paper at either end is the enshrouded past and the unknown future.

The symbols in this card represents study, enlightenment, and communication. It may be time to begin new studies or rekindle your love for a special project or field of research. This is is a quiet and reflective time. Guidance is at work. Appreciate and honour your time alone.

You may want to learn more about meditation, contemplation and visualisation techniques. Most of all, find a place of peace within yourself.

Hi everybody, welcome to the weekly card message.

And the card for the week is..

Song of the Wild from the Native Spirit deck.

New Horizons:

you're ready to savour the wonders of the world. Take some risks, answer the call of the wild. Step out of your comfort zone, live passionately. Take steps in the direction of freedom.

Expand beyond your limitations and boundaries. Maybe it's time to take a journey or do something new and exciting.

The realms of spirit want you to know: you are entering a period of expansion and going beyond your self-imposed limitations. Even if you feel hesitant. This is the time to try something new and do things in a different way. You might even visit a far-off land, wild natural places.

Adventure often entails risk but without it life would become lacklustre and stagnant.

There is a vast new and wondrous vista just around the corner, but you'll never see it if you don't venture out.

The journey:

Plan on a trip, even if it's just a short one to the countryside you have never been before or down by a lake you never been to before or a beach. Take some classes that get you out of your comfort zone. Try new styles. Do the same things that you've always done but in a new and different way. Push beyond your boundaries Step out of your character. Spend time in the wilderness.

I have to say to you all this is the perfect time to come out this morning and yes, we are all doing the same thing, but in a different way. And appreciation is a word that comes to mind that family and friends are so important and The Small Things also.

Communication - keeping in touch with one another. Making sure that those who are living alone do not feel alone.

So for the coming week step out of your comfort zone into the wilderness and do something different. Be adventurous and at the same time be mindful of what is important in our world today.

Write down all the things you're grateful for. And how lucky you are to have your family and friends around you. Make an effort to reach out, make a call or send a message to those you know are alone

Look up to the sky - in the day and the night. See the Sunrise and the sunset.

See the moon and the stars. And even on a cloudy day remember that they are there.

Some things may not be seen but a deep knowing, deep inside, they are there - the sun, moon and stars, planets, the universe.... but most of all YOU .

Hi everybody, welcome to the weekly angel card message.

And that message is... Career Transition.... you've prayed for help with a career.

Sometimes change is perceived as stressful. Yes, I am helping you to clear the old from your life to make way for the new. Pay close attention to your repetitive ideas, dreams and visions for there is a divinely inspired road map pointing you along your desired path. You may not see the entire road or where it's new but each step will be lit along the way.

Trust and have faith that the best is there for you. You ask Archangel Chamuel for his help. He is renowned for helping people find a career that suited. For the purpose and passions call upon Chamuel as your career counsellor often.
