Tourists and Visitors Information

Note: not all this applies during the current Covid-19 pandemic. Refer to arrangements announced for each Celebration.

On-going Covid issues and resulting changes in life-style mean that often folk do not want to meet face to face and this has meant that now (2022) not all celebrations are group gatherings.

Meditations are held on-line on an irregular basis.

Tourists and visitors are always welcome to join with the locals at the meditations and celebrations. You do not need to book in advance. Just turn up on the day, about a quarter of an hour before the advertised start time. This is because, at celebrations, people are often asked to meet in a car park or at an entrance gate before a short walk to the actual site of the meeting. At meditations you need to settle into a seat before the actual meeting starts and it is best not to interrupt people by arriving late - although no one is ever turned away.

Events are organised only a couple of weeks beforehand - allowing the unexpected and spontaneous to arise. We trust that what is meant to happen will happen and whoever is meant to be there will be there.

This is not a club and we have no members or designated officials. Thus, we do not have the facilities, manpower or structures to cater for those that need to have pre-planned dates and places organised months ahead. If, on the day, you are in the area and would like to join in with whatever someone has felt to organise you will be very welcome.
