From the inception of the website on 5th November 2018 to end October 2019 Bernadette Mac shared these quotes for the day. In November 2019 she started a new weekly series of postings, drawing an angel card and also sharing a photo and quote for the week.

The quotes are mainly created from Bernadette's own photos and words. We felt that people might find them useful as a focus for meditation. They were updated on the homepage and archived here.

Sharing the quotes is very healing for me when I look back at photos and remember how I was feeling in that moment in time. And how we can grow with time. Each photo tells a story personal to me.

Others photos lift my soul and connect me with my inner knowledge. That we all have.
