Meditations we have shared

Regular and Monday Meditations face-to-face are no longer held.
However, every Monday at 8pm local time - 25 words to inspire and guide a meditation are posted online.

Ideas and Themes for Meditation.

All these meditations have been shared at the Meditation and Healing Evenings.

Some are available to download and print off and try for yourself - we would love to hear any comments of your experience with them.
