Intention for the Meditation
The intention for the evening is to provide a pleasant setting, where people can relax and meditate in a self contained space. A space where the energies resonate with the core values of open heartedness, hospitality and friendship, for the highest good of all. |
Preparation
Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.

Breathing gently, silken and smooth, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in and out.
... and Closure
Send a message to the brain and body that we need to be able
to react and respond to the world of everyday life by doing something
physical. Ring a bell, physically touch the floor, a little jump, rub your hands
together and tap over your body to awaken your muscles and circulation.
Finish the meditation evening with a drink to support the grounding process.
